Event Management System
The Event Management System is a planning and operational application that allows integrated agencies the necessary tools to ensure a safe and secure event. The Event Management System includes a Task and Document Management module for planning, a Mobilization module for deployment, accommodation and asset management, and an Incident Management module for operations. The Event Management System is built using BEA Weblogic with DB2.
- Lead analyst for requirements gathered from stakeholders and end-users for review, approval, and implementation
- Developed modeling for system using universal modeling language (UML)
- Created prototype depicting various states across various user roles
- Created ERD and data dictionary; collected all lookup values
- Refinement and additional creation of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams after each release
